Dear Dancers,

As you may know, our business is officially re-opening on June 22nd, 2020. As we begin to open up our doors again, we want you to know that we are following multiple guidelines put in place to help us all stay safe and healthy. Below are the guidelines that we will now be strictly following for both our dancers and our staff.

How we are re-opening:

We will be following the CDC's recommended guidelines to keep our employees and clients safe. In addition, we are taking the following precautions with our employees:

  • All instructors will have their temperature taken before entering the building.

  • All instructors are required to have a face covering.

  • Workers will sanitize and disinfect shared surfaces after each lesson.

  • Our students are required to wear masks or facial coverings, wash/sanitize your hands before coming to the studio, and -most importantly - stay home if your feeling sick.

  • The studio will limit the number of students in at a time and will not be allowing customers to use the shared common areas (reception area, coffee cart, water fountain, etc.). Rest rooms will be availble to one per person at a time.

  • We have installed a contact-less reception desk.

  • We are carefully monitoring the situation. The most important thing is to make sure we conduct business in a safe environment.

For our dancers:

Studio Entry -

  • Please wait in your vehicle and call the studio to be directed when to come into the ballroom. There will be a 15-minute window between lessons to allow the dancers in the ballroom to leave and allow the next set to come in with little to no contact with others.

  • Temperature check once you have reached the front desk. (Any temp 100.4 and above, you'll be asked to leave.)

  • Please wash hands before entering the ballroom and after your lesson in complete. (Your teacher will also wash their hands before & after all lessons. There is also hand sanitizer provided at the front desk and different stations through the ballroom.)

Private Lessons -

  • Face Masks are required.

  • Gloves will also be provided.

  • All previous standing lessons have been reset. (Our instructors are working in shifts to lower the amount of people in the ballroom at one time. Please see your specific instructor to schedule private lessons accordingly.)

  • Please wash hands before and after every private lesson.

  • Please be considerate of the next dancer waiting to be called into the ballroom.

Group Classes -

  • Erring on the side of extreme caution, we’ve reduced the number of classes per week.

  • Additionally, during the month, the classes will be held outdoors. In order to accommodate this, we ask that attendees park around the perimeter of the lot, so that we can dance in the center of the parking lot downstairs.

  • We ask that you please call on the day of the lesson, by 5:00pm to reserve a spot in the class.

  • Be sure to bring water with you and wear a mask. We look forward to seeing everybody!

Thursday Night Social Practice Parties -

  • They will remain cancelled until we enter later phases of re-opening.

If you have any specific questions not addressed here, reach out to us.

We look forward to seeing you!
